Esports Integrity Commission welcomes Runestone as an Official Data Partner

The Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) and Runestone today announced a multi-year partnership naming Runestone as an Official Data Partner of ESIC. The agreement formalizes a shared commitment to supporting the integrity infrastructure that underpins competitive esports and to addressing cheating and malpractice across the ecosystem.

Under the partnership, Runestone will provide data and integrity monitoring support across titles and competitions within ESIC’s remit. Runestone’s monitoring identifies and flags suspicious activity and supplies evidence-based reports that may support ESIC’s integrity work, including investigations, disciplinary proceedings, and sanctions.
The agreement builds on an established working relationship between ESIC and Runestone, with the parties having already collaborated on multiple integrity reports that supported ESIC investigations and contributed to sanctions within the Counter-Strike ecosystem.

As an Official Data Partner, Runestone’s infrastructure will be available to support ESIC’s integrity programs across the range of tournaments, titles and publisher ecosystems in which ESIC administers integrity functions. The partnership sets a benchmark for how integrity bodies and data providers can work together to protect fair play, strengthen trust, and safeguard the long-term sustainability of competitive esports.
